Privacy Policy

Monjo is a SaaS platform, accessible via both web and mobile, used only by invitation — customers invite their own employees to use the application, on either platform, on their behalf.

Customers are responsible for their own data; Monjo simply facilitates its use and storage, holding only the information necessary to provide the service, and customers and their invited users are fully aware of this.

For customers using Monjo's mobile app, the app collects the precise GPS location of salesperson employees periodically (e.g. every 120 seconds) while they are checked in and on duty, as a policy of the employing company, in order to verify attendance, log visit locations, and reconstruct daily field routes; tracking stops on check-out, raw location pings are only kept briefly and are then consolidated into a summarized route/visit history (not a continuous location log). This data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the service, and the employing company retains full control over it, including the ability to request deletion at any time.

We do not share data with any other third parties, except where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
